4.5% ABV | 7 IBU | 32 Oz / 946ml

Kettle soured NW style Sour Weisse with red prickly pear puree added in fermenter. Light, tart and refreshing with subtle flavours of cactus, lemon and lime, with just a touch of citrus from the use of Crystal hops.

The beer is a North West twist on a German Style Berliner Weisse.

Fresh for up to three days (unopened). Once opened consume within 24 hours.
