Thor IPA is an American ipa that was brewed to showcase thiols (tropical fruit aroma’s) in beer. We used a variety of hops (Mosaic, Azacca, Ekuanot) and special brewing techniques to achieve this. Expect notes of pineapple and guava in the aroma with a medium bitter finish.

A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American IPA, showcasing modern American or New World hop varieties. The balance is hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through.

Fresh for up to three days (unopened). Once opened consume within 24 hours.
