Named after SPB's GM Doug Devlin, who doesn't like spicy food! This beer is a kettle soured NW style Sour Weisse with mango puree added during fermentation and cayenne pepper in the kettle. Light, tart and refreshing with bold flavours of mango with just a touch of citrus from the use of Crystal hops and kick of heat in the finish.
This beer is a North West twist on a German Style Berliner Weisse.
Fresh for up to three days (unopened). Once opened consume within 24 hours.
