Our Imperial Stout spent 2021 hidden away, aging in Wheat Whiskey Barrels from Goodridge & Williams Distillery, and cellared in the ambient temperature and humidity of Stanley Park. It emerged with bold flavours of dark fruit, licorice, molasses, with hints of whiskey & vanilla.
