To celebrate this time of year, we brewed something special that embodies the flavour and spirit of the Pacific Northwest during the holidays.
We crafted a West Coast Style IPA and spruced it up with a generous addition of fresh spruce tips in the kettle. We then dry hopped with BC grown Centennial and Chinook hops and added even more spruce tips, giving this brew its signature flavour and aromas of pine, spice, and citrus.
