2021 PARKBEER Red-Wine Barrel Aged Tripel
Fermented on a blend of Gewürztraminer and Madeleine grape skins and aged in red wine barrels for 3 months, this Belgian Trippel offers subtle spice notes that marry perfectly with the bright citrusy characteristics of these varietals from our friends at Glass House Winery. With a subtle oak finish that lingers on the palette, this festive brew can be enjoyed now or cellared until next year for a smoother, more round experience as aromas of clove and citrus mellow and meld with red fruit and vanilla from the oak.
